Data pipeline has recovered was well as any users experiencing blocked access from our WAF.

Fix in place and system are now 100% back.

We have identified the root cause and are working to get a fix out quickly.

All service have been restored.

Settlement of same day ACH funds has been impacted by one day. There has been no impact to card fund settlement. If you are on standard settlement, you are not impacted.

We are continuing to monitor all elements of the system. We will provide and update once we confirm systems have been restored to pre-event levels.

API errors and response times continue to improve, but we are still monitoring closely.

We continue to see improvements in the system, but not back to 100% yet.

We are seeing increased levels of successful API calls and our UIs being available as AWS continues to rollout the fixes to all of it's AZs.

Elements of our system that rely on asynchronous compute are degraded. You may experience data delays, and webhook delays. We are working to ensure that no data is lost and that no outgoing messages are skipped as a result of the AWS issues. In some cases we may publish events twice (at least once delivery) to make sure nothing was missed.

We are seeing an increased rate of errors in our services related to serverless compute on AWS (our public crowd provider). Please continue to retry, as the failure rate is not 100%. We will continue to post updates as new information is made available.
